Running had always been a strength of Riki Moulin's, but never an addiction. Ever since he had started high school in Italy, Riki had been on the track team, setting goals for himself and for his team. Some people meditated to calm down, some people ate excessively to make themselves feel better, and others poured their hearts out to friends or journals. However, Riki had never been the type of guy to let his feelings loose on some unexpectant victim, or a journal, or some fattening chunk of food, or anything really. So, when he was in rehab, Riki had had a lot of pent up anger inside of him. It was one day when he was out on the track of the rehab that he discovered that running, his strength, also soothed him.

One Saturday morning shortly after his arrival into this new town, Riki woke up with a terrible feeling inside of him, although he wasn't quite sure what it was. Guilt? Lonliness? Maybe it was the latter; he hadn't met much people other than his roomates, who were all okay to hang around, and a few girls, but no actual connections. Riki cursed at himself and hopped out of bed, grabbed a pack of cigarettes and a lighter, and headed to the balcony. The view didn't calm him much, really, since all he saw was the dean's office; but if he leaned over a bit, he could see a stretch of grass in the distance, quite obviously belonging to a track field. At this sight he stopped fumbling with his lighter and rushed back inside of the dormitory.

Cladding himself in black basketball shorts and a white cotton tee, Riki slipped his running shoes on as well as a watch before rushing out of the dorm. It took Riki very little time indeed to find the track, and when he did find it, he was glad to see that it was totally empty. This brought a calm smile to his lips; Riki did his stretches smoothly, in a relaxed manner before beginning his jog. He hadn't gone running in a week or so, and God, did it feel good to bring those muscles back to use.

Ryan had always been a fan of the mornings, she liked getting pictures of things waking up, and all the colors seemed t have a touch of gold. She snapped picture after picture, with a happy smile on her face. Photography always made her happy. She lowered her camera as she continued to walk, she was near the track when she heard someones shoes hitting the pavement.

She turned her head her hair blowing into her facea abit and she brushed it aside, pulling a stray strand from her mouth as she turned her attention to the guy on the track She studied him a bit as she walked up to the fence and leaned against it. He seemed so into it. She tilted her head and lifted her camera and took a few pictures. She liked getting people when they didnt know, cause it caught the way they truly were. She did like poses as well but she preferred the true picture.

Riki honestly hadn't noticed the girl snapping photographs; he was very committed to running, especially when he felt as muddled up and confused as he had this morning. He had managed to run around about half the track, when he finally a figure up ahead by the fence. It was a girl, he discovered, of very petite size and wavy brown hair. She seemed to have the fragile body type, and she reminded him of his sister for some reason. He realized that she had been looking at him, and he smiled at her in a friendly manner.

It was when he was about to pass her that he realized that her hands, holding the camera, had been suspended in the air with her finger on the flash button. Had she been taking photographs of him? Hm. He stopped running, giving her a curious look, and decided to head over. Riki wasn't a very shy person, he went with his own reckless instinct. "Hey, were you taking pictures of me? Could I see? I think photography's really awesome." He gave her a natural, down-to-earth smile. This was true. Riki loved the way a camera felt in his hands, whether it was a video camera or a simple photography camera.

Ryan had just taken a shot when she saw him notice her and wave. She gave him a friendly smile back, as she lifted her hand up and waved a bit at him. She liftede the camera yet again and took a picture, he was coming up when he instead came over to her and started talking to her. She nodded a bit, coloring slightly. "Yeah..well i mean.. Is that okay?'she asked, she didnt want to offend him or anything and if he reallky wanted she would destroy the picutures of him. It was his right.

Afterthe first question though he had shot off a couple more and she stopped a bit looking down at her camera then back up at him. With a shrug of her small shoulders she took the camera from around her neck and handed it to him. "Sure..'She said, "I mean... go ahead, I dont mind at all"she gave him a smile, she loved photography and sheliked to share her pictures. she nodded> 'yeah..I think so to... obviously right.."she laughed lightly with a roll of her eyes at her self. "You.. um.. you take pictures?"She asked with a small tilt of her head, brushing the bit of bangs from out of her eyes.
